FMLA

The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) allows eligible employees to take unpaid, job-protected leave for qualified family or medical reasons. We can help diagnose a serious health condition, complete the WH-380-E form, and prepare supporting letters or clinical summaries for your

FMLA case.

CFRA

Support not covered by FMLA may be available via the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). We are certified to diagnose, certify, and document conditions that enable clients to apply for this program.

ADA

We support clients with requests related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This includes diagnosing a qualifying disability, writing a clinical letter, and collaborating with your employer on implementing reasonable workplace accommodations.
