Our team of licensed professionals is more than happy to help clients achieve better mental health any way we can. Listed below are some workplace support we offer.



FMLA
The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) gives eligible employees the right to take unpaid, job-protected leave for certain family and medical reasons. We can help diagnose a "serious health condition", complete the WH-380-E certification, or develop letters/clinical summaries that might help your case.
CFRA
Support not covered by FMLA may be available via the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). We are certified to diagnose, certify, and document conditions that enable clients to apply for this program.
ADA
We support clients with requests related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This includes diagnosing a qualifying disability, writing a clinical letter, and collaborating with your employer on implementing reasonable workplace accommodations.
